By accessing our website at https://transmogrified.pro, booking our services, or engaging with our coaching programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Transmogrified Professional Coaching provides professional coaching services in the following areas:

• Public Speaking Training: Development of presentation skills, stage presence, audience engagement, and anxiety management
• Oratory Skills Development: Advanced communication techniques, persuasive speaking, rhetorical strategies, and leadership communication
• Corporate Training: Group coaching and training programs for organizations
• Individual Consultation: One-on-one personalized coaching sessions tailored to specific client goals

2.2 Service Delivery

Services may be delivered through:

• In-person sessions at our Osaka location
• Virtual sessions via video conferencing platforms
• Hybrid combinations of in-person and virtual sessions
• Recorded materials and supplementary resources

The specific format and structure of services will be agreed upon during the initial consultation and outlined in your service agreement.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

4. Booking and Scheduling

4.1 Session Booking

To book a coaching session, you must:

• Complete the consultation request form or contact us directly
• Provide accurate contact and scheduling information
• Confirm your appointment via email or phone
• Complete payment as required before the scheduled session

4.2 Scheduling Changes

If you need to reschedule a session, you must:

• Provide at least 24 hours advance notice
• Contact us via phone or email to arrange a new time
• Receive confirmation of the rescheduled appointment

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to coach unavailability, providing full refunds or rescheduling options

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Service fees are determined based on:

• Type of service selected (single session, package, or program)
• Duration and frequency of sessions
• Delivery format (in-person or virtual)
• Customization requirements

Current pricing information is available on our website and will be confirmed during the initial consultation.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required before or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified
• Package programs may offer payment plans, subject to agreement
• All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with notice, but confirmed bookings honor the agreed price

5.3 Late Payment

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

• Cancellation of scheduled sessions
• Late fees as permitted by law
• Collection activities

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Actively engage in coaching exercises and activities
• Complete assigned homework or practice tasks
• Provide honest feedback about your progress and challenges

6.2 Communication

• Maintain open and honest communication with your coach
• Promptly inform us of any concerns or issues
• Respond to scheduling and administrative communications in a timely manner

6.3 Conduct

• Treat coaches and staff with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Comply with the technology requirements for virtual sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary coaching materials

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Transmogrified Professional Coaching and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use coaching materials provided to you for your personal development
• Download resources specifically made available for download

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes

• Licensing or certification programs
• Psychological counseling or mental health treatment

9.3 Technical Reliability

We do not warrant that:

• Virtual session platforms will function without technical issues

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by:

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered or scheduled.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Osaka, Japan.

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.

Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.

16. Severability

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Transmogrified Professional Coaching regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
